What kind of payment do you accept?

How much is shipping?
We have multiple shipping options available, depending on the product you ordered:
For kitchen and grilling products we have:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited (Two-Days) Shipping
- Priority (One-Day) Shipping
Standard shipping for most products inside the contiguous U.S.A. is $5.95. This might change depending on the product ordered, the total weight, and where you live.
Expedited shipping is $9.60 (available only domestically and for non custom-made products)
Priority shipping is $17 (available only domestically and for non custom-made products).
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. But we are working on including this service in the near future.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on what you order and the shipping option you choose. Some of our products are created on demand and we ship within 2-3 weeks of your ordering. Extremely popular designs might cause a 3-4 week delay in printing.
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive to you within a few days. In most cases you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
I ordered multiple items but haven't gotten all of them. What's going on?
We print our items on demand and have many products that aren't stocked in house. Sometimes your orders will come from different locations, so you may receive one item before the next. They're all coming!

What is your Refund Policy?
We offer a 30-days, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, just return it and we will fully refund your purchase. Please contact us first before sending the product back to us.
